Peak-hour connections: choose a route for the task

Evening congestion can affect page loads, video calls, and streaming. VPNUG offers IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. Choose a destination region first, then test sustained performance with the apps you use regularly. Don’t base a long-term choice on a single speed test or keep switching routes while waiting. If your connection slows noticeably, try another route type in the same region and check your local network. Peak-hour reliability depends on the entire connection path; route selection cannot guarantee a particular speed across all times and apps.

Bank-grade encryption for data in transit

Bank-grade encryption is one of VPNUG’s connection security features. Once you establish an encrypted connection through the app, you have a clear entry point for international traffic and app access. Keep your device’s operating system updated, use strong account passwords, and check website authentication separately. Encryption does not replace checking a website’s legitimacy or change the target service’s account rules. On public networks, confirm the app is connected before opening other apps. Keep subscription details and account passwords separate, and share only the information needed to troubleshoot—never post your full subscription details publicly.

Unlimited simultaneous devices

Use one subscription across work computers, personal computers, and mobile devices, each configured for its own needs. VPNUG allows unlimited devices to connect at the same time. Apps are available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux; find download options in the user panel. Device limits and data allowances are separate: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Choose a data plan based on your typical use. After switching devices, confirm that the subscription imported correctly, then check the route and connection mode. There’s no need to search for a separate download page each time you change operating systems.

Using AI tools? Keep your region consistent

When using web-based AI chat or AI features in a development editor, check more than whether the page loads: make sure sign-in, sending prompts, and receiving responses all work reliably. VPNUG’s international routes can support these cross-border access scenarios, but whether a specific app is available depends on its supported regions, account status, and risk controls. For tools such as Cursor, choose a route that meets the app’s regional requirements and keep the same exit region throughout a work session. If the website works but the editor still reports an error, check the app’s connection mode and network settings rather than assuming the route is the cause.

Streaming access: connection and content libraries are separate

Video platforms determine available content based on factors such as your exit region, account permissions, and licensing. A successful connection does not mean every title will be available. With VPNUG, choose a region based on what you want to watch, then check the platform’s library, playback permissions, and actual video quality. HD playback also depends on your local network, device decoding capabilities, and streaming plan—not just the route name. If you see a region or proxy warning, follow the Streaming guide to troubleshoot step by step. Platform detection policies can change; availability depends on the results of each visit and is not a permanent support guarantee.

60-day money-back guarantee

To decide whether a subscription is right for you, consider whether your usual services connect, evening tasks run smoothly, switching devices is convenient, and the data allowance fits your needs. VPNUG offers a 60-day money-back guarantee; see the Terms of Service for full eligibility rules. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel with the relevant order details. Don’t share account credentials on public pages. Plan prices, data resets, and upgrade rules are listed on the pricing page. Review them before choosing a billing option to avoid confusion about subscription periods and data validity.

The UG in VPNUG stands for Unified Gateway. Here, a unified gateway means one place to manage your subscription and account: your account, plans, apps, and support tickets are all managed through the same panel, while each device keeps its own route and connection settings. When comparing services, assess verifiable policies separately from your actual connection experience instead of relying on a single promotional metric.

You can create an account with a username and password—no email required. Keep your account details safe, and sign in to the user panel before downloading an app or viewing your subscription. For setup instructions, see Quick Start. It walks you through installation, importing your subscription, choosing a route, and testing the connection without expecting you to learn every networking term first.

Popular regions and routes

Regions and route types are listed separately. Check the app for cities and currently available routes.

Japan, Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong, Canada, and Germany are featured regions, not the full coverage area. VPNUG covers 100+ countries / 190+ routes. Start by checking the region requirements of the service you want to use: work apps may need a stable connection, streaming depends on content licensing by region, and development tools may require your account region to match your network exit region. A shorter distance can be a useful reference, but it alone cannot determine whether a route is right for you.

The table below is an illustrative guide to regions and route types. It does not permanently pair a route type with a particular city or claim that a node will always work with a given platform. IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections describe different ways traffic can be routed. Choose based on the labels in the app and your actual results. Try your everyday tasks with the target app before keeping a route; that’s more useful than repeatedly refreshing a speed test.

Route status (reference)

The route status widget below is for reference only; it is not an end-to-end speed test for your target app. Check the app for currently available routes and actual connection performance.

If you have connection problems, first check whether your local network is working, then confirm your subscription status and app settings. If only one app is affected, note its error message, the selected region, and what you were doing, then report the issue through a ticket in the user panel. Don’t include your full subscription details in public posts.

Monthly plans and data packs

Choose a billing option based on how often you use the service, then select a data tier based on your actual usage.

If you regularly visit international websites, use work tools, or stream video, compare the monthly plan options first. Monthly data resets on the day your plan starts, not on the first of each calendar month. Before choosing a plan, think about what you mainly do: browsing and document work, everyday collaboration, and frequent video streaming all use different amounts of data. The number of devices you use doesn’t directly determine how much data you need; base your choice on your usage history.

The tiers below differ only in data allowance and price. You don’t need a higher tier to use multiple devices at the same time—every tier supports unlimited simultaneous devices. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Complete order changes in the user panel. Check the plan and order details shown there first, so you don’t mistake a change in data tier for a new, separate billing period.

60GB

¥9.9/month

A good fit for browsing, research, and lighter work tasks. If you regularly stream video or transfer large files, check your actual usage before deciding whether to move to another tier.

Monthly plans

500GB

¥28/month

For higher data needs and frequent video streaming or file access. A higher data allowance does not guarantee a particular video quality; playback also depends on your device and local network.

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and the money-back guarantee lasts 60 days. When comparing services, look at the price, data validity, device support, and support options—not just a short speed-test result. VPNUG lists these policies on the plan page and in the Terms of Service; you can also check them in the user panel before and after using the service.

VPN subscription FAQs

Check your account, app, data, and playback access separately.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password, then keep your account details safe and use the user panel to manage your plan and support tickets. This homepage is for service information; manage your account in the user panel. Use the login link in the page header when you return.

How do I use my subscription, and where can I get the app?

Sign in to the user panel and check your plan and subscription status, then open the app download page. Download the app for your device’s operating system, import your subscription as instructed in the panel, choose a route, and check that your target app works. A subscription is the connection configuration in your account; an app is the software that uses it. They’re not the same thing. See Quick Start for step-by-step instructions.

Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?

No. Unlimited simultaneous devices describes the device usage policy; data is still subject to your selected plan. Monthly plans include 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB and reset monthly on your start date. Data packs are used until depleted and never expire. Check your remaining data in the user panel; the number of devices doesn’t indicate your remaining allowance.

Why hasn’t the content library or video quality changed after connecting?

Connection status, exit region, account permissions, and video quality are separate factors. A platform may use your account region and content licensing to determine its library; video quality also depends on your plan, local network, and device. First confirm that your selected region matches what you want to watch, then check that the app is using the connection. Reopen the playback page if needed. The Streaming guide explains how these factors relate.

Where can I request a refund or connection help?

VPNUG offers a 60-day money-back guarantee; see the Terms of Service for full details. Submit refund requests and connection questions through a ticket in the user panel. For connection issues, include your operating system, selected region, the app’s message, and the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried. For order questions, include the relevant order details. Never share your password or full subscription credentials on a public page.

If you just need to make your first connection, follow the steps in Quick Start. To understand how your original IP, a platform’s region detection, your account region, and playback permissions relate, read the Streaming guide. Start with one specific task and adjust settings gradually; it’s usually easier to pinpoint problems than when changing several settings at once.
